How to play Word Recall
Start Word Recall by looking at the playing area and its controls. Identify new and previously seen words before losing three lives. Look at what changes after your first action. Treat the first round as a chance to learn the controls. Check the relevant rule before repeating a move.
Included vocabulary and random repeats; a game, not a medical memory assessment.
Keep the aim in sight
Keep the stated aim separate from side details such as animation or appearance. Progress is measured by the game’s own completion or scoring rules. Refer to the controls when needed.

A useful example
PLANT seen earlier in the same round requires Seen before. Focus on why the action is allowed, not only its outcome. Notice the change in the playing area.
Watch out for this
A word from an earlier round does not count as seen now. Take a moment to reassess the position before continuing. Compare the worked example with your own position. Use the reasoning, not an answer copied from a different board.
